Over the past couple of years I have seen a lot of “before” and “after” transformation pictures, all of which I have either doubted if it was genuine or didn’t want to believe that it was possible. Especially after I have read about a lot of diets including the latest Paleo diet which is big on eating meat, I firmly believed that gaining big time is easy for vegetarians because of our over consumption of grains but losing it is an Himalayan task or almost impossible.
So you can understand how surprised I would be to see a female, South Indian, vegetarian who doesn’t even eat eggs lost 60 pounds in 10 months by eating right and exercising smart! If you want to see it for yourself and be floored, read Divya’s story. The credit goes to Divya for implementing what information was presented to her and of course to Raj Ganpath for providing her the sensible guidance.
Do you think it was easy for her to do it? Of course not! But she did it anyway, day after day, week after week and month after month and at the end of 10 months, she reaped the benefits for being consistent and all her hard work paid off.
Just so you know, “you don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great“.
Friends I can’t stress enough the fact that this is a lifestyle change we are talking about and not some crazy diet plan which you can do for 3 or 5 or 7 days, lose a couple of pounds and get back to your old habits. So if you are here for a fast fix, sorry this is not for you. You are in the wrong place.
So remember, “you have to do what others won’t, to achieve what others don’t“.
If you are truly here to know more about eating right and proper fitness, then hang on, I have an amazing news to share with you. Divya has generously agreed to do a guest post here about her transformation.
I have gone back to read her story in Raj’s blog, God knows how many times! But never got the courage until now to contact her to know first-hand how she did it. Even when I decided to write to her I was not sure if I did the right thing, or if she would even reply to my message leave alone agreeing to do a post. But I guess “The Secret” concept does work! If you want something so badly that you keep thinking about it 24/7 it will happen eventually. So thank you very much Divya. I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude.
I can’t wait to see what you have to share with all of us. I bet you are all as excited as I am!
So keep checking for further updates!
