FAQ: Walking

If all you can do is walk then just do it but do it right. When I started to walk as a part of my fitness regime I had a lot of questions like when is the best time to walk, how long should I walk, should I eat before or after my walk, is treadmill better than walking outside, how to manage pain after a walk, should I walk with weights, etc. That’s when I Googled and found this amazing FAQ on walking and it has helped me so much that I thought I should share here.
