If you are training at home like me you have got to read this immediately before you make too many mistakes and worry that you are not seeing any results. I used to work out in an excellent training place which I have taken a short break from because of the horrible winter here in Canada this year. So I have been working out at home following what I learned there. But I really miss the group work out and rapport with the trainer, especially his tips, tricks and techniques.
