2. Whole Grains
Starch and pulses are dietary staples, isn’t it? How often do you take a meal that has no contents of starch at all? Pretty rare, right? Well, try and switch to brown rice, oatmeal and in a nutshell, the whole grains. Science studies prove that human bodies burn more calories in an attempt to breakdown whole grains or food items that are replete with fiber.
Great list.. I like them all. I’d also add green coffee there! I have yet to try green coffee extract I read about somewhere.
