8. Pears
This fruit is a long lost cousin of apple. When adhering to a strict dietary regimen, it is not suggested to snack upon a carb item right before going to bed. However, pear is an exception of a rule. Just like apples, pears are sources of carbohydrates too. This fruit is a packet of fibre and works as a healthy bed-time snack when following a tough weight-loss regime.
